Regular Registration $585. July 1st, 2024 -  September 9th, 2024 

 

Late Registration $685. September 10th - Oct 1st, 2024

 

Walk on rate $745. October 2nd - 10th

Group Rates

Group rates are available for institutions registering 3 or more participants. 

The discount must be applied at the time of registration.  

Group Discount does not apply to early registration rates.

Group registrations are capped at 15 individuals from the same institution due to space limitations.

Cancellation Policy

 

Through September 6, 2024 we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus an $80 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after that time. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) up to the start of the conference.
 

Accommodations

 

The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com).

 

NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 10 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from Todd Zakrajsek acknowledging the request to ensure the emailed request was received.

Guest Meals Policy

 

Due to space limitations, meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. We are unable to accommodate guests.

 

Privacy Policy

 

Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list.  This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon it's completion.  This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.

If you wish to stay at the Park Place Hotel (conference venue), make your reservations by calling: (231) 946-5000.

The 2024 hotel group rate at the Park Place Hotel is $154.95 per night, with Friday night stay priced at $199.95.

   

Please reserve your rooms early as this hotel tends to sell out by early August. The historic Park Place Hotel is a Michigan icon that offers easy accessibility to downtown Traverse City. We request that if you are traveling with a group you consider having participants share rooms when possible in order to include as many conference participants as possible to stay at the conference hotel.
