Group rates are available for institutions who are bringing 3 or more participants. Receive a 10% discount for teams of 3-9. For teams of 10, the price is $4250. These two discounts cannot be combined. For details, please contact us directly.
Graduate Student Grants
A limited number of internal grants are available from the ITLC LLC to reduce the registration fees for graduate students, who are in need of financial assistance. Applications for consideration of financial support are open through August 12.
Through September 15, 2020, we are able to offer a full refund of all registration fees paid, minus a $75 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after September 15th; however, another individual may be substituted, or the funds may be applied toward any Lilly Conference hosted by ITLC in the 12 months following cancellation. Note: this policy does not apply to Lilly-Ohio, hosted by Miami University.
Guest Meals Policy
Due to space limitations, meals and break foods are exclusively offered to registered conference participants. We are unable to accommodate guests.
Please note that when you register for the conference, your name and email will be added to the conference mailing list. This will allow you to receive emails about the event. If you do not wish to receive reminders about the upcoming conference, you may opt-out. You will be asked for a work address where we will send you a one-time note following the event. Your registration information will be archived for fiscal reasons. Attendees will be asked to voluntarily complete an evaluation of the event upon it's completion. This information is used by ITLC to improve future events and to better meet faculty development needs. We value our participant's privacy and will not sell or trade contact information with other businesses/entities.
Business Casual. No athletic wear in sessions please.
If you wish to stay at the Park Place Hotel (conference venue), make your reservations by calling: (231) 946-5000.
Please reserve your rooms early as this hotel tends to sell out by early August. The historic Park Place Hotel is a Michigan icon that offers easy accessibility to downtown Traverse City. We request that if you are traveling with a group that you consider having participants share rooms when possible in order to include as many conference participants as possible to stay at the conference hotel.
Information for on-site and off-site conference lodging rates is located on the Travel & Lodging page of our site.
An important aspect of the conference is that all participants have the opportunity to participate with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (firstname.lastname@example.org). NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to start date of conference. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from the conference director acknowledging the request is required in order to ensure the emailed request was received.
